No Waitlist
We strive to match you with a counsellor quickly. Once matched, your counsellor will reach out directly to schedule your first appointment.
On rare occasions, during periods of very high demand, it may take a little longer. If you haven’t heard from your counsellor after a few days, please contact our intake team directly.
Before you begin, please have your household income information ready, as well as your extended health insurance information, if applicable. This will help us determine your fee through the sliding scale.
Typically, clients are matched with a counsellor in a couple of days. If you need to talk with someone before you hear from your counsellor, contact us at 833.827.4229.

Registration through completion of the online form (website) or by phone is more secure than downloading the form and submitting through email due to the inherent nature of email communications.
